MUSIC PRODUCTION & INFLUENCES

I'm currently playing bass in DreamTime Band and Tusind Sole (Thousand Suns). We've already played at the local vegan café and we have a lot live gigs coming up. It feels amazing to get out and play for people again.
I played a keyboard part on the song 'Walk The Earth' from the vegan music project Vystopia with a very talented guy from sweden called Martin, who i met at the vegan camp out festival in 2024. I hope to work on some new projects with vystopia in the future. Vystopia donates all money from streaming to animal rights projects.
I'm also working on my own songs but I'm in no rush to finish or upload anything. Writing lyrics is hard work, and it need to feel right and not rushed.
My musical journey started very early on. My two uncles, my mother and my grandfathers all played music.
My grandfather Jorgen taught me to play some simple jazz songs on piano when i was around 9 years old.
He had an electronic organ he played on in the living room when he was 'In the Mood', this made my grandmother happy and would make her dance around.
I saw how music could make people happy and have a very positive infuence on the people around you.
My mother bought me a tiny casio keyboard and I learned a lot of new songs by ear through the radio.
My uncle Kim showed me to use the program Cubase, and I made my first digital song on our home pc back in 1999.
We had music in school where I took up drums. I played both piano and drums in the school musicals and that got me in my first coverband and on a reality tv show for kids.
In 10th grade I experimented with many different genres and made hiphop wrote rap lyrics, made psytrance and started recording more serious songs that people would actually hear and like.
Sadly my teen years and was dominated by family conflicts that turned to alchol and drug abuse and for many years this struggle took my focus away from music and art.
I Went to rehab in 2021, got a lot better mentally and now I'm back making music again.

THE CURE
The Cure 1978 – present

The Cure are an British rock band formed in 1978 in Crawley, West Sussex. Throughout numerous lineup changes since the band's formation, guitarist, lead vocalist, and songwriter Robert Smith has remained the only constant member. The band's debut album, Three Imaginary Boys (1979), along with several early singles, placed the band in the post-punk and new wave movements that had sprung up in the United Kingdom. Beginning with their second album, Seventeen Seconds (1980), the band adopted a new, increasingly dark and tormented style, which, together with Smith's stage look, had a strong influence on the emerging genre of gothic rock as well as the subculture that eventually formed around the genre.
After the release of the band's fourth album, Pornography (1982), Smith introduced a greater pop sensibility into the band's music, and they subsequently garnered worldwide mainstream success. Their singles compilation Standing on a Beach (1986) sold four million copies worldwide by 1989, and they reached their commercial peak with the albums Disintegration (1989) and Wish (1992). The Cure have released 13 studio albums, two EPs, over 30 singles, and have sold over 30 million albums worldwide. Their most recent album, 4:13 Dream, was released in 2008. The Cure were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019

MEGADETH
Megadeth - 1984 to present

MEGADETH Doc From around 2000
Megadeth is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1983 by vocalist/guitarist Dave Mustaine and bassist David Ellefson. Known for their technically complex guitar work and musicianship, Megadeth is one of the "big four" of American thrash metal along with Metallica, Anthrax, and Slayer, responsible for the genre's development and popularization. Their music features complex arrangements and fast rhythm sections, and lyrical themes of death, war, politics, personal relationships. In 1985, Megadeth released its debut album, Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!, on the independent record label Combat Records, to moderate success. It caught the attention of bigger labels, which led to Megadeth signing with Capitol Records. Their first major-label album, Peace Sells... but Who's Buying?, was released in 1986 and was a major hit with the underground metal scene. Band members' substance abuse issues and personal disputes had brought Megadeth negative publicity during the late 1980s. Nonetheless, the band went on to release a number of platinum-selling albums, including So Far, So Good... So What! (1988), Rust in Peace (1990), and Countdown to Extinction (1992). These albums, along with worldwide tours, brought them public recognition.

DIO
Ronnie James Dio

DIO
Dio was an American heavy metal band formed in 1982 and led by vocalist Ronnie James Dio. Dio left Black Sabbath with intentions to form a new band with fellow former Black Sabbath drummer Vinny Appice.[1] The name Dio was chosen because it made sense from a commercial standpoint,[citation needed] as the name was already well known at that time. The band released 10 studio albums and had numerous lineup changes over the years, with Dio himself being the only constant member. Guitarists included Vivian Campbell, Craig Goldy, Doug Aldrich, Warren DeMartini,[2] Tracy G, Jake E. Lee and Rowan Robertson. The band dissolved in 2010 when Ronnie James Dio died of stomach cancer at the age of 67. Dio has sold over 5 million records world-wide.

OMEN
Warning Of Danger - 1985
The band was formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1983 by lead guitarist Kenny Powell, previously with the band Savage Grace, and signed on with Metal Blade[1] in 1984, with whom they released their debut, Battle Cry.[2] (It contained the song "The Axeman", which appeared on the soundtrack for the heavy metal-themed 2009 video game Brütal Legend.) In 1985, the second album Warning of Danger followed,[2] which built up Omen's reputation as one of the forefathers of power metal acts. In 1986, they released The Curse, their first release with major label distribution by Capitol Records in the US.[2] In Japan the band climbed to number 14 in the Burrn! Charts. With new singer Coburn Pharr (who would later leave to join Annihilator), the band released Escape to Nowhere in 1988;[2] although considered a departure from the classic Omen sound, "Thorn in Your Flesh" was their first hit single in the US.

JUDAS PRIEST
British Heavy Metal

Screaming For Vengeance - 1992
Judas Priest are an English heavy metal band which was formed in Birmingham in 1969. They have sold over 50 million albums[2] and are frequently ranked as one of the greatest metal bands of all time. Despite an innovative and pioneering body of work in the latter half of the 1970s, the band had struggled with indifferent record production and a lack of major commercial success until 1980, when the album British Steel brought them notable mainstream attention. The band's membership has seen much turnover. During the 1970s, the core of singer Rob Halford, guitarists Glenn Tipton and K. K. Downing and bassist Ian Hill saw a revolving cast of drummers, before Dave Holland joined them for ten years from 1979 to 1989. Following Holland's departure, Scott Travis has been the band's drummer ever since. Halford left the band in 1992, and after a four year hiatus, Judas Priest regrouped in 1996 with Tim "Ripper" Owens, formerly of Winter's Bane, replacing Halford. After two albums with Owens, Halford returned to the band in 2003. Downing left the band in 2011, replaced by Richie Faulkner. The current line-up consists of Halford, Tipton, Faulkner, Hill and Travis. Tipton and Hill are the only two of the band to appear on every album. Halford's operatic vocal style and the twin guitar sound of Downing and Tipton have been a major influence on heavy metal bands. Judas Priest's image of leather, spikes, and other taboo articles of clothing were widely influential during the glam metal era of the 1980s. The Guardian referred to British Steel as the record that defines heavy metal. Despite a decline in exposure during the mid-1990s, the band has once again seen a resurgence, including worldwide tours, being inaugural inductees into the VH1 Rock Honors in 2006, receiving a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2010, and having their songs featured in video games such as Guitar Hero and the Rock Band series. In 2022, Judas Priest were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.[3]
